Welcome to HCP Haltom City Pool Services. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before booking any pool cleaning or maintenance service.
Agreement to Terms
When you hire HCP Haltom City Pool Services for pool cleaning, maintenance, or repair work, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
We provide professional pool cleaning and maintenance services in Haltom City, TX and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Weekly pool cleaning and maintenance
- One-time deep cleaning services
- Green pool treatment and algae removal
- Pool filter cleaning and replacement
- Pool equipment repairs and troubleshooting
- Pool tile cleaning and calcium removal
- Pool opening and closing services
- Pool inspection services
Scheduling and Appointments
You can schedule service by calling us at (682) 428-5803 or through our online contact form. We will confirm your appointment and provide an estimated arrival window.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a service fee.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service completion unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.
For weekly service plans, payment is due on the first service of each month. If payment is more than 15 days late, service may be suspended until the account is current.
Prices quoted are estimates based on normal conditions. If we discover additional issues or complications during service, we will notify you before proceeding with extra work.
Access to Property
You agree to provide safe access to your pool area during scheduled service times. This includes unlocked gates, clear pathways, and restrained pets.
If we arrive for a scheduled appointment and cannot access your pool area, you may be charged a trip fee.
Liability and Property Damage
We carry liability insurance and take great care when working on your property. However, we are not responsible for damage to pool equipment that is already worn, damaged, or improperly installed before we begin work.
If you have concerns about existing equipment, please let us know before service begins so we can inspect it together.
Service Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right.
However, we cannot guarantee results for pools with damaged equipment, structural problems, or extreme neglect without proper repairs being completed first.
Weather and Service Delays
Sometimes weather conditions prevent us from providing safe, effective service. If we need to reschedule due to weather, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new time.
Termination of Service
Either party may terminate weekly service with 7 days written notice. You will be responsible for payment through the end of the notice period.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify existing customers of any significant changes. Your continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
